อีกครั้งที่เด็กไทยหลุดตัวเองออกจากกรอบเพื่อเริ่มต้นทำในสิ่งใหม่ๆ

น้องหมู นักเรียนไทยอีกคนที่จบจาก Central Saint Martins

ครั้งแรกที่ได้เห็นผลงานของน้องหมูก็รู้สึกว่าโอ้โหยผลงานเหล่านี่้มันได้แรงบันดาลใจมาจากอะไรและคิดได้ยังไงถึงได้งานที่ออกมาดูแปลกตาและมีความเป็นตัวเองอย่างเห็นได้ชัด แว่นตาวินเทจ ที่ถูกจับคู่และตกแต่งด้วยพอสเลนดีไซน์เก่าย้อนยุคแต่เมื่อสิ่งที่ดูเป็นวินเทจทั้งสองอย่างมาอยู่รวมกัน มันเกิดเป็นสิ่งใหม่ที่ดูเก๋เปรี้ยวลงตัว อย่างมหัศจรรย์ หลังจากที่เห็นงานของเธอก็เกิดความสนใจมากขึ้นเรื่อยๆจนไม่รอช้าที่จะขอข้อมูลจากน้องหมูเพื่อเอามาแบ่งปันกันในวันนี้

พอยิ่งได้รู้ถึงคอนเซปต์ที่มาที่ไปว่าเป็นมายังไง ก็ไม่รอช้าที่จะลุกขึ้นยืนปรบมือให้กับคนไทยคนนี้อีกครั้ง การนำเสนอพอสเลนที่ติดอยู่บนแว่นตาวินเทจมาแทนส่วนคิ้วบนใบหน้าของคน เพราะเธอคิดว่าดวงตาของคนเป็นอวัยวะบนใบหน้าที่สำคัญที่สุด ที่ใช้สื่อสารและบอกอารมณ์ความรู้สึกได้ดีที่สุดเมื่อเทียบกับอวัยวะส่วนอื่นๆบนใบหน้า และคิ้วของแต่ละคนก็มีความแตกต่างกัน รูปคิ้วที่ไม่เหมือนกันทำให้ใบหน้าของแต่ละคนเปลี่ยนไป ความรู้สึกและอารมณ์ก็เปลี่ยนไป บอกได้คำเดียวว่า woooooow คอนเซปต์เจ๋งสุดๆ และเชื่อได้เลยว่าอีกไม่นานเราคงได้ต้อนรับดีไซน์เนอร์คนใหม่มาประดับวงการที่เป็นความภาคภูมิใจของคนไทยอีกคน

สำหรับตอนนี้น้องหมูกำลังวุ่นอยู่กับคอลเล็คชั่นแว่นตาของเธอ

เพราะมีคนเรียกร้องอยากจะเป็นเจ้าของเยอะเหลือเกิน

และถ้ามีข่าวคืบหน้าอะไรจะรีบเอามาอัพเดทให้พวกเราได้รู้กัน ใครที่อดใจไม่ไหวอยากใส่ แล้วก็อยากได้มาเป็นเจ้าของคงต้องอดใจรอกันอีกระยะนึง แล้วจะสืบให้ว่าเราจะมีโอกาสได้ชื่นชมจับจองแว่นตาสุดเปรี้ยวอันนี้กันเมื่อไหร่

CONCEPT

To me jewellery is body adornment that creates an impact and changes the way the wearer look. The first impression on a person is their overall look appearance. So whatever on the eye area is also essential. The facial expression is a type of body language so the purpose of my eyewear collection is to create a facial character through the porcelain brows. There are many types of eyebrows and also facial expression is often come through the eyes and brows.

The collection was inspired by "new antique" concept by Marcel Wanders, an interior designer. His theory is to give an old-fashioned material (vintage frame) with a dramatic and contemporary twist (monochrome white porcelain Baroque frame). The aim for my eyewear collection is to create something unique and memorable with sophisticated sensibility.

I chose to work with porcelain because of its purity of white and also porcelain is truly fragile, which is representing luxury, clean and delicacy.

When an eye piece is worn, it creates a character for the wearer. It can be dramatic or subtle, depending on the design and the person who’s wearing it. The function is purely to wear as a statement accessories piece to create a unique character. Just enjoy and have fun.
